Weight loss?
So maybe some of You can help me out. I’m 23 female weighing in at 121 with 15% body fat. My goal has been to gain not lose. My question is why am I losing weight? Here’s what’s been going on.
2 weeks ago I was weighing in at 128 18% (crazy right? It took me 3 years to get there)My diet is a 40 40 20 @ 2500 calories which has been working great until recently. I only weight lift (lately pyramid training) for an hour 3xs a week. My supps are whey bcaa and Creatine. I drink a ton of water maybe 2 gallons a day. Lately I’ve been exceeding 2500. Last night I hit 3000. I have an appointment with my doctor because my sugar levels have been dropping a lot considering how much I eat. If nothing is wrong with me, which I’m hoping there’s not, this has to be the most frustrating thing ever! I have always been the skinny girl and it’s always been impossible for me to gain. Anyone else have this issue that can help?
